AI Transparency Notice

This Notice explains how artificial intelligence operates within the SWC Service, its capabilities and limitations, and what this means for you as a user. We are committed to maximum transparency regarding the AI technologies we use.
1. What AI Is Used in the Service
The SWC Service (swcpitch.com) uses the Claude language model developed by Anthropic, PBC (USA). Claude is a Large Language Model (LLM) trained on large-scale textual datasets.

2. How the AI Audit Works

| 1 | You complete the questionnaire with project information. |
| 2 | Your responses are converted into a prompt and transmitted to the Anthropic API via encrypted connection (TLS). |
| 3 | The Claude language model processes the request and generates the AI audit. |
| 4 | The generated text is returned to the SWC interface and displayed to you. |
| 5 | No person reviews or edits the AI audit before display. |
| 6 | The SWC team may subsequently contact you to discuss potential business cooperation. |
3. What the AI Audit Can and Cannot Do
3.1. Capabilities
- analyse the business idea structure based on submitted data;
- identify potential strengths and weaknesses;
- generate questions investors might ask;
- structure project information in a convenient format;
- generate text in multiple languages.
3.2. Limitations — Critical to Read
The AI audit constitutes fully automated informational material and does not constitute a professional opinion, analysis, or recommendation. Prior to making any business, financial, or legal decisions, you must consult qualified professionals.
- the model has no access to current market data, financial statements, company registries, or proprietary databases;
- the model has no knowledge of events after its training cutoff;
- the model may generate factually inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information ("hallucinations");
- the model does not verify the accuracy of your data: garbage in = garbage out;
- repeated processing of the same questionnaire may yield different results;
- the model cannot provide legal, financial, or investment recommendations in the legal sense;
- the model cannot guarantee regulatory compliance.
4. What the AI Audit Is Not

5. Automated Decision-Making — Your Rights
This Service does not carry out automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. The AI audit is auxiliary informational material and:
- creates no legal obligations for you;
- is not a basis for legally significant decisions;
- does not replace professional expertise;
- is of an exclusively advisory nature.
If you believe the AI audit contains factually incorrect information, contact privacy@swcpitch.com. We will review within 30 days.
6. Data You Submit
6.1. Transfer to Anthropic
Questionnaire data is transferred to Anthropic, PBC (USA) via API to generate the AI audit. SWC uses the API in a mode that does not provide for using your data to train Anthropic models (zero data retention / no training).

6.2. Data Entry Recommendations
Do not enter: third-party trade secrets, personal data of third parties without their consent, state secrets, medical data.
The quality of the AI audit directly depends on the completeness and accuracy of the data you provide.
6.3. Retention
Questionnaire data is retained by SWC for no more than 30 days from AI audit generation. Details in the Privacy Policy.
7. Quality and Safety Measures
7.1. What SWC Does
- uses Anthropic API zero data retention / no training mode;
- transmits data via secure channel (TLS 1.3);
- includes explicit informational disclaimer in every report;
- regularly monitors Anthropic policy changes;
- provides feedback and complaint mechanism.
7.2. What SWC Does Not Do
- does not perform human verification or editing of AI audits;
- does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or absence of hallucinations;
- does not bear responsibility for decisions based on AI audits;
- does not conduct independent testing of model quality;
- cannot guarantee zero data retention mode remains unchanged at Anthropic.

9. Filing a Complaint or Request
If you believe the AI audit contains:
- factually incorrect information about you or your project;
- offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content;
- confidential third-party data;
- other problematic content,

10. Related Documents
In case of conflict: for personal data processing, the Privacy Policy prevails; for Service use, the Terms of Use prevail.
11. Amendments
SWC may update this Notice if AI technologies, applicable laws, or processing methodologies change. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Current version at swcpitch.com/ai-transparency.
