Short version: we use only necessary technical cookies and, subject to your consent, analytical cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, do not sell cookie data to advertising networks, and do not track you across third-party websites.
1. Who We Are and Scope
This Cookie Policy applies to the website swcpitch.com operated by KEYSTRA Ltd. (trading name: Sky World Community, "SWC", "we"). It forms part of the SWC legal documentation package together with the Terms of Use v4.0 and Privacy Policy v1.0.
Legal basis: EU Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy Directive) as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC, GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
2. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Cookies enable websites to remember your actions and preferences for a certain period.
We may also use similar technologies:
- web beacons — small images embedded in pages;
- localStorage/sessionStorage — browser-side storage without server transmission;
- browser fingerprinting — we do not use this.

5. Consent: How We Obtain and How You Can Change It
5.1. Obtaining Consent
On first visit you will see a cookie consent banner allowing you to:
- accept all cookie categories with one click;
- reject all non-essential cookies;
- customise cookie categories manually.
Prior to consent, we do not place analytics or functional cookies. Consent is valid if freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous (active action, not a pre-ticked box).
5.2. Changing or Withdrawing Consent
You may change or withdraw consent at any time:
- click "Cookie Settings" at the bottom of any page;
- or contact privacy@swcpitch.com.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to withdrawal.
5.3. Consent Records
SWC maintains consent logs (date, Policy version, choices) for at least 3 years for evidentiary retention.

8. International Transfers
Data collected via analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Clarity) may be transferred to the United States based on:
- your explicit consent via the cookie banner (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR);
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) with the relevant providers.

10. Your Rights

- lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority.

11. What We Do Not Do
- do not use advertising or tracking cookies of third-party ad networks;
- do not sell cookie-derived data to third parties;
- do not create behavioural marketing profiles;
- do not perform cross-site tracking;
- do not use cookies for automated decision-making with legal effects;
- do not transfer cookie data to Anthropic. AI audit generation happens separately — only after explicit user consent.
12. Amendments
For changes affecting cookie categories used, we will notify via banner and/or email at least 14 days in advance. Material changes will trigger a renewed consent request.
